RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience. That is why we offer an easy return process!

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. You can return any items once received by using our return process outlined below. Item must be in an unopened and unused condition.

Returns are accepted within 30 days after receipt of products from www.aliveandshine.com only. We cannot accept returns from outside of the US. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Item must be in original packaging as you bought it.

CLOTHING: 
Due to COVID-19 and the nature of our products we are not accepting returns or exchanges for clothing. All sales are final. No returns to your order after placed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty or damaged and must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it within the first two weeks. Customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost back to Alive & Shine.

SALE ITEMS: All sale items are final sale.  No returns, refunds, or exchanges. No exceptions.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital products like E-Books
  • Certain health and personal care items (for safety)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD or DVD that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at concierge@aliveandshinecenter.com.

Once your order is received by us, your exchange will be processed. You will receive an email with updated tracking information for your new products.

Returns

Once your order is received, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card within 5 business days. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 14 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. When making your return, you may instead opt to receive a gift card instead of a refund to your credit card.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
